Cure Kids launched as the Official Charity for Adams Motorsport
Cure Kids through its key Partnership with Crane Distribution NZ, has been announced as the official charity of Adams Motorsport in the NZ V8 2007/2008 series. Owner and driver of Adams Motorsport, Chris Adams is right behind Cure Kids, convincing his staff at Adams Plumbing and the staff of Mastertrade Dunedin to shave their heads and legs for Cure Kids at the launch evening held in September at Mastertrade Dunedin.
Mark Bain of Mastertrade in Dunedin and his team organized a memorable launch complete with tyre changing competitions, head shavings, auctions and a bbq with the evening raising over $8,000. Local Dunedin Cure Kids Ambassador Auruyn May attended the evening, which was an extra special treat as Auruyn is shortly to receive a kidney from his uncle. Mum Catherine said “ it was such a wonderful evening and it was so lovely to see Auruyn relaxed and enjoying himself”. |

Cure Kids Ambassadors will represent Cure Kids at each of the 8 races throughout New Zealand. Chris Adams will be auctioning off hotlaps at the end of each meet for a lucky spectator and each ambassador will also be give the chance to roar round the track!
