Joshua Coote

Josh is 16 years old.  He has Marfans Syndrome which is a genetic disease which affects his heart, skeletal system, lungs, joints and muscle tone. 

He has undertaken numerous operations mainly affecting his feet.  Josh walks with the aid of crutches due to the severe deformity of his feet. 

He is in year 12 at Garin College and lives with his mum in Nelson.  His interests are geography, aviation and music.  He is learning to play bass guitar.
 
Josh loves being a Cure Kids ambassador and rates the Ticket to hope weekend as his best holiday ever!!!!
