Cure Kids is indebted to the Targa New Zealand sponsors and rally organisers Peter and Vicki Martin for choosing to support Cure Kids as their national charity and look forward to another highly successful event.
Targa NZ and Cure Kids relationship dates back to 2002 when a competitor suggested that we get a charity involved with the event. Cure Kids was the perfect fit with Targa given the number of people and communities involved throughout the country, an alignment with a single cause was far too narrow and we are all too aware that children with life-threatening illnesses live in every community in New Zealand. Since we started out together we have raised more than $450,000.00 to assist with the ongoing research into child diseases. It has been extremely rewarding to see the children who have benefited from Cure Kids work, so Vicki and I are proud to continue our association with this wonderful organization.
