Targa Drivers

Cure Kids have an audacious goal in 2011 to raise in excess of $50,000 on Targa, and are encouraging Targa drivers to champion our cause and participate in the Cure Kids Fundraise Online Campaign which in the past has raised a significant amount of money for Cure Kids.

Racing legend and Targa driver Steve Millen has come onboard as Cure Kids’ celebrity ambassador for 2011 and is looking forward to seeing as many drivers as possible getting behind this incentive to raise money to find cures for our kiwi kids.

We’re asking you to build your own free fundraising page  (with our help if you need it) which you can customize, link through to your company website, upload photos and encourage friends, family and colleagues to support you as you support Cure Kids.

In 2006 six drivers participated in the Cure Kids fundraising online campaign raising over $40,500 with Redline 911 (Charles Cooper and Paul Coffey) winning the Cure Kids fundraising trophy for the second consecutive year and raising almost $28,000! Imagine if we could achieve this again in 2011!!!

The winning fundraising team for 2011 will receive a trophy and special prize for being the Cure Kids Champion Fundraiser. The biggest prize of all will be seeing the smile on Cure Kids Ambassador Meg Higgs face as she hands over your trophy at the finish line! So what are you waiting for!!
