Cure Kids is absolutely thrilled that Life Pharmacy has chosen them to be their Charity.
Thelma French, General Manager of Cure Kids and Aspen Brookes-Metcalf both spoke at the Life Pharmacy Awards dinner on Monday evening.
10 year old Aspen who suffers from Type 1 Diabetes is Cure Kids’ newest ambassador and her speech at this event was her very first. Aspen shared her story with her latest highlights being attending a Diabetes Camp for 100 children who all suffer from this disease, (the youngest aged three) and participating in the Weetbix Tryathalon.
It was a wonderful evening with Blackmores donating the first $1,000 and challenging other suppliers to do the same and with the donations and the silent auction, about $6,000 was raised. |

Lucky Prize Winner
A numbered Cure Kids brochure was given to everyone who attended and Jackie Clarke, the fantastic MC for the evening, invited people to check the Cure Kids website anytime from Tuesday morning (21st March) to Friday afternoon (24th March) to see if they were the lucky winners.
The prize is sponsored by Accor Hotels & Resorts - two nights accommodation for two people at one of their beautiful hotels throughout the country, with the exception of the Sofitel.
