More about this fantastic desert expedition ....Covering around 5,500km and crossing 8 deserts where fuel shortages, deep sand, dehydration and crocodiles in the river crossings will be just some of the issues they’ll confront. This impressively adventurous expedition isn’t about the heroics of a dangerous and dusty voyage. This is about a bunch of personalities living parallel lives, with every leg of the journey presenting new challenges and learning experiences.
Apart from their indulgent quest for adventure, the troupe have found another motivation along the way, and they are enthusiastically raising money for Cure Kids to assist a medical student through their PhD and internship on the Cure Kids research team aptly named The Doctor Escape.
With a target of $100,000, you can help by making a donation or choosing to sponsor the team per kilometre travelled.
