HireQuip

HireQuip, one of New Zealand’s largest event hire companies, began supporting Cure Kids in 2000, during the 50K Coronet Peak ski endurance race based in Queenstown.  After a long association, HireQuip became a Key Partner in 2009 and soon after raised $75,000 through its novel “Hire Help and Win” campaign where a dollar was donated to Cure Kids from every new hire contract. The campaign reflected a major commitment from the entire company which employs over 320 staff in 37 branches nationwide.

HireQuip continues to support Cure Kids’ outdoor events by providing infrastructure and muscle power for the iconic Cure Kids Great Adventure Race, the Accor Hotels $10 Queenstown Challenge and Cure Kids’ newest event, Walk on the Wild Side, as well as partner events such as The Hills Cure Kids Open in Queenstown, Ports of Auckland Golf Day and Targa New Zealand.  HireQuip branches throughout the country supported Red Nose Day this year with red noses for staff and vehicles.

HireQuip also holds a golf event in each of the Northern, Central and Southern regions every year and donates the proceeds from the day to Cure Kids.
