Thank you very much for your donation to Cure Kids. Our charity registration number is CC25350. Cure Kids is a member of the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association and the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand and abides by all the Codes of Conduct and Ethics of both organisations.

Cure Kids collects your name and contact information when you donate. We may use the information you have provided to contact you about the vital child research Cure Kids enables. We will hold your records securely in accordance with the Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1993. By donating, you are consenting to receive communications from us. You can opt out of any of these communications using the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of emails, or by contacting us.

Cure Kids will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties, unless we have your permission or are required to by law. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us. You may also request details of the information we collect about you.

Your donations will help Cure Kids fund vital child health research, however if you gave an incorrect amount or want to organise a refund for your donation, please contact us within 48 hours of your donation being made.

Making a regular donation to Cure Kids saves time and money, and is a more sustainable way to help fund vital child health research.

If you opt to make a regular donation to Cure Kids, we will periodically debit your account for the agreed amount at the frequently selected by you. The first donation under this automatic payment arrangement will occur on the date you make your first donation. The second and subsequent drawings will occur regularly, at the frequency and amount you requested.

If you want to make changes to the drawing arrangements, please contact us at least five (5) business days prior to the next donation date. Changes may include: deferring the drawing; altering the frequency; altering the amount; stopping an individual debit; change of account details; cancelling the automatic payment completely. Please send all enquiries to us rather than to your financial institution in the first instance, but please do not send credit card information to us via email.

If you believe that a donation has been initiated incorrectly, please contact us.

Please ensure that on the drawing date there are sufficient cleared funds in the nominated account. Please also advise us if the nominated account is transferred or closed. We reserve the right to cancel your automatic payment if two (2) or more donations are returned unpaid, but we will attempt to contact you by telephone and/or email to arrange an alternative payment method or new credit card details.
