Professor Katie Gloom is Professor of Maternal and Perinatal Health at the Liggins Institute, University of Auckland, and a Subspecialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine at National Women’s Health, Te Toka Tumai Auckland City Hospital. She is passionate about improving outcomes for mothers, babies and whānau through research that enables consistent, equitable and high-quality clinical practice throughout Aotearoa.
